Common questions

Do you supply genuine OEM parts?

Yes — genuine OEM parts are one of the supply routes we offer, alongside equivalent and replacement parts. We are not an authorised distributor of any manufacturer, and we will always state clearly which route a quotation is based on.

Can you work from a photograph?

Often, yes. A photograph of the component or its nameplate is usually enough for our team to start the identification process, especially when combined with the vessel or engine details.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond to domestic enquiries within 2 hours during Korean business hours. International enquiries are answered the same working day where we can confirm the details, otherwise we will tell you what is still being checked.
